Creativity is my passion. I have found creativity and imagination to be the most powerful tools in my life. I relish the opportunity to inspire creativity and imagination in the workplace as well as the classroom. When I am able to unleash this power in my staff or students I feel like I have done a great thing.
Whether academic or corporate, I bring to my job an innovative spirit, strong leadership and management skills, and a personal commitment to collaboration and teamwork. I am currently living in Singapore and am available for full time employment. Upon securing employment I will need to apply for an employment pass.
I have taught primary, secondary and college students. Having taught college students both at a large university and at smaller community colleges I am keenly aware of the hurdles many students face. My strengths in the classroom include my personal commitment to academic success for my students, and nurturing young artists.
During my career I have held a number of leadership positions in nonprofit arts management. I have managed numerous galleries, and public art projects and managed a performing arts center. I have been a mentor for nonprofit business leadership in the arts, and I have taught basic core principles in arts business start-up and management. I have a keen eye for detail and excellent arts business management skills.
I enjoy a team environment and am constantly pushing myself to learn new skills. I enjoy a challenging work environment and apply a high standard to my work ethic.
